Arise & Shine Community Support Services, LLC is a District of Columbia–based Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) provider dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through compassionate, person-centered care.
Founded in 2023, we are currently preparing to become a fully enrolled provider under the DC Department on Disability Services (DDS) Medicaid Waiver Program. Our focus is on building a strong foundation of compliance, quality assurance, and individualized support that promotes independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
Led by an experienced multidisciplinary team with backgrounds in healthcare, behavioral support, and service coordination, Arise & Shine is committed to delivering structured, outcome-driven services tailored to each person’s unique needs.
We exist to empower individuals and families through reliable care, meaningful opportunities, and a deep commitment to improving quality of life.
