Arise & Shine Community Support Services, LLC is a District of Columbia–based provider preparing to deliver Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities under the DC DDS Medicaid Waiver Program.
Founded in 2023, we are committed to building a compliant, person-centered organization focused on independence, dignity, and meaningful community inclusion. Guided by an experienced multidisciplinary team, we provide compassionate, structured support designed to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
